Introduction to Restorative Breathwork for Relieving Anxiety and Reconditioning Chronic Stress is for yoga teachers, movement professionals, healthcare providers AND anyone curious about the role of breath in the mind/body/spirit connection, and for techniques to relieving chronic stress through gentle breathwork practices.
This 2-hour class offers a primer of how the breath works to stabilize the body, physiological functions and mind. The overview will establish a fundamental functional breath pattern. A fun experiential practice will focus on how restorative breath practices can be integrated into therapeutic and movement practices.
