Where are we located?
We are located at 124 W. Main St. in Stoughton, WI in the red brick former cinema building, same building as Mershon’s Cidery and Ice Cream DayDream.
Enter the front doors on West Main Street, and then go left past the ice cream shop (if you can resist!). We are at the end of the hallway in a remodeled theater room which is now a yoga prop-filled and tech-savvy studio space!
Can I drop into a class without registering?
Yes! We encourage drop ins, but please check the Class Schedule first. Our practice space is there for you at the right time, when you need it most. We have donation-based community classes and class packages. Memberships are also available for Unlimited Weekly Classes, so you can save money and be consistent in your self-care.
Where do I park?
There is a free parking lot is available behind the building, and there is street parking on Main Street and Division Street.
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably in clothes that are loose and easy to move and breathe in. Bare feet or socks only in the practice room.
What do I bring?
Your yoga mat and water bottle is nice to have. You are welcome to bring other comfort items. We have yoga props including mats, blankets, blocks, straps, therabands, theraballs, sandbags and chairs available for

How do I register for a class?
You can register ahead online or drop in. Please arrive at least 5 min early for check in.
Do you offer training?
Yes, we have several options for training. More information.
What is SomaYoga?
Our Specialty! A special blend of Somatics + Yoga makes it a gentle and therapeutic practice.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with cash, check, or credit card. Sign in online for easy access to memberships, class packages, or register online for drop in classes. Quartz CashCard may be accepted for therapeutic sessions and series.
No one will be turned away because of inability to pay. Please contact us to discuss options for those in need.
