Main Street Yoga Center in Madison, WI offers three specific trainings: 200-hour basic training for those who have not done any training before, 300-hour advanced training for those with a 200 hour certification, and 500-hour advanced training. You can find more information at mainstreetyogacenter.org/training.
Continuing Education
For Registered Yoga Teachers, we offer Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits. Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) are required to complete 30 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits every 3 years. We have Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP) that regularly offer programs for credit. Ask about our current offerings. More information about Yoga Alliance.
