Main Street Yoga Center in Madison, WI offers three specific trainings: 200-hour basic training for those who have not done any training before, 300-hour advanced training for those with a 200 hour certification, and 500-hour advanced training. Continuing Education

For Registered Yoga Teachers, we offer Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credits. Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) are required to complete 30 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits every 3 years. We have Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP) that regularly offer programs for credit. Ask about our current offerings. More information about Yoga Alliance.
