Migraine Relief 8-Week Series ONLINE


Join an 8-week, 16 session Migraine Resolution Series that combines the power of Hanna Somatics, neuromuscular reeducation, and nervous system regulation to provide lasting relief from migraine pain and disruption.

Series is led by Suzanne Larsen, Yoga Therapist and Experienced Yoga Teacher. After a lifetime of suffering migraines, Suzanne has not had an occurrence or taken medication in over 2.5 years, thanks to a dedicated self-care somatic yoga practice.

Registration includes live-online presentation and practice with time for discussion after, plus access to all 60 min class recordings, so you can revisit them anytime.

Please only register for this series if:

  • You are committed to a twice-weekly 8-week practice. The work works, but only if we do it.

  • You are willing to endure some short-term, low-level discomfort in order to increase your window of tolerance and reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines.

  • You are ready to build a curious and compassionate relationship within. The key to mind control is body awareness. Mind/body are the same team. Both are worthy of your loving attention.

  • You are willing to complete a short intake and follow up questionnaire. Your experience will contribute to the continual improvement of this important work.
