8-week Migraine Resolution Series that combines Somatics and nervous system regulation tools to provide lasting relief from migraine pain and disruption.

Pre-series questionnaire to help you dedicate to your practice. This is an opportunity to share relevant information with a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). Why do you want relief?

We offer an orientation which includes a welcome letter with program information, as well as what to expect from practices. We normalize the weird feelings that may occur as you start to find relief. We highlight general self-care strategies and provide references and resources. 

Participate in a 8-week series offered in 2x per week live online classes for a total of 16 practices. Flexible scheduling to support your consistent practice: 

Classes meet on Zoom from Noon to 1:00 pm central (Chicago) time.

  • 11:50-Noon pm optional greetings, check-in, and updates

  • Noon-1 pm required practice (recorded)

  • 1pm-1:15 pm optional debrief and check-out
