This spring reclaim mobility, stability and strength with neuro-fitness - connected mind/breath/body practices - to release chronic tension. Balance is not a fixed state. In this series you will learn about your amazing nervous system and notice it's state so you can better attend to what you need to release or what action you need to take in the moment.
