Introduction to SomaYoga (6-Class Series)


For those interested in SomaYoga (Somatics + Yoga) and not sure where to start, join this series to learn a therapeutic SomaYoga methodology that helps make new connections between your brain and body, rewiring the ‘felt sense’ of the body and refocusing the mind by learning through doing. Gentle movements and movement patterns explored for those that are most curious about the body, breath, and mind connection. Click links below for more information and registration.

SomaYoga for Core to Pelvic Floor

This class series will focus on developing awareness and voluntary control of your core muscles from respiratory diaphragm to pelvic floor. Somatic movements and yoga postures will be explored. The class will be a therapeutic exploration of your relationship to your core and pelvic floor muscles.  This special class series includes classes in person AND online (recordings available).
