SomaYoga Weekend Immersion: Teaching Yoga for Stress, Anxiety and Depression

The world is becoming more fragmented, electrified and high-paced, with many people finding themselves becoming distracted, overwhelmed and increasingly affected by the diseases of stress.

Yoga provides us with the incredible maps and practical tools to understand ourselves and to move us in the direction of whole-being wellbeing that encompasses not just physical health but mental and spiritual resilience as well.

Immersion is led by Molly McManus, Yoga North ISYI Co-Owner, C-IAYT, ERYT 500, Somatic Educator, Ayurvedic Health Coach

The educational components of this immersion are designed for yoga teachers, therapists, healthcare providers and caregivers of all kinds to learn the powerful tools of yoga philosophy and gentle physical practices for managing the disease of stress.

If you are curious about holistic and body-first somatic techniques and how to create a body-positive environment for yourself to heal, this weekend immersion is also for you. Yoga is designed for everybody!
